On this page we cover policies on:

  • Parties

  • Youth Classes

  • Adult Classes

  • Events

  • Open Training (Open Pole/Open Aerial)

Party Policies

  1. Must book at least two days in advance: If you want to book a private event with short notice, we may still have last minute availability, but we will add a $50 admin fee.

  2. Parties are non-refundable: We cannot refund parties. In case of emergency, we can reschedule the party within the next six months. It is your responsibility to reach out to reschedule within six months. This includes rescheduling due to severe weather.

  3. Late arrival is considered a No-Show and will not be refunded or rescheduled: Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to get settled in and to fill out waivers. If no one arrives 10 minutes into the start of the party we will consider the party a no-show and will not refund or reschedule the party.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is being disrespectful of the space, is being disruptive, or behaving dangerously and poses a safety risk.

  5. We are an alcohol-free establishment. Due to local laws we cannot offer alcohol, or have alcohol present event if it is considered a private event. To keep our insurance rates down we also do not offer alcohol and will refuse to teach people who exhibit unsafe behavior due to consumption without refund.

  6. No Smoking or Vaping inside the studio.

Youth Policies

  1. Attire: Leggings and a t-shirt that can be tucked in is required. If you really want to go above and beyond, leotards under a pair of leggings are the best since sometimes the fabrics tug at t shirts.

  2. Drop off/pickup: Drop off is open up to 15 minutes before the start of class. Pickup must happen within 15 minutes of the class ending or we will charge a $30 sitting fee per half hour.

  3. Late Arrivals: We will not allow children to participate if they are more than 10 minutes late and have missed the warmup.

  4. Severe weather: We will follow FPS for decisions on weather to cancel due to severe weather. If FPS cancels then we will cancel activities as well. You will receive a notification as well no later than 2pm.

  5. Refunds/Makeup Classes: Due to having limited spots and studio availability, we will not offer refunds or makeup classes for missed classes. We really look forward to each class and would appreciate a text or email heads up if your child is not going to be able to make the class.

  6. No Parents in the studio. In case you haven’t seen our space: we have a cozy little studio and having parents there changes the dynamic of the class. Please trust us to look after your kiddos! We will have two adults in the room present at all times to oversee safety and have designated specific parent times to come in and see what your child has been learning.

  7. Sick/Injured Children: Please stay home if your child is sick or injured! We will not allow children to participate if they are in a boot or sling. If your child is cleared to come to class but is coughing we will require them to wear a mask so as not to cough on other kids or into their arms because we use our arms for the fabrics and the germs can spread.

  8. Unenrollment: We reserve the right to unenroll your child due to safety concerns if he/she is not following directions, exhibits aggressive behavior towards others, or is continually trying tricks in the fabrics that are unsafe. The remaining sessions will be refunded. Sometimes we just have to wait another year and that is okay!

Adult Pole/ Aerial Class Policies

  1. Attire: For drop in pole classes we require shorts. The stretchy kind is best, but shorts of any kind will work. For aerial drop in classes we ask students to please cover the backs of their knees, lower back, and under the arms. Not required but it will make the class experience much more positive!

  2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late due to life you are still welcome to join class, however we will not extend the class or move the class time due to tardiness. You will also be asked to warm yourself up.

  3. Severe weather: We will follow Fargo Public Schools for decisions on weather to cancel due to severe weather. If FPS cancels then we will cancel activities as well. You will receive a notification as well no later than 2pm. In the summer, we will cancel aerial classes due to high heat. Should the heat index exceed 95 degrees we will reschedule class.

  4. Refunds/Makeup Classes: Due to having limited spots and studio availability, we will not offer refunds or makeup classes for missed classes. You can reschedule on your account up to 4 hours before the start of class time. Less than 4 hour notice will result in loss of the class without refund or rescheduling. We require a 4 hour notice so that we can notify people early if we need to cancel the class.

  5. Class Minimum: We require three people to hold class! If there are not enough people we will send a message at least 4 hours in advance letting you know that the class is canceled.

  6. Sick/Recovering: Please stay home if you are sick! We still require a four hour notice, but we ask that you please send us a text if you aren’t feeling great. If you are coughing/ sneezing you’ll be asked to wear a mask for the duration of the class.

  7. Bring your own grip aid: sometimes people will leave their grip aids for others to use. Grip aid like rosin, chalk, and liquid chalk are available for purchase.

Event Policies

  1. Waivers: Each participant must sign a waiver via QR code, and parents/guardians must be present to sign their child’s waiver.

  2. Rain/Wind: For outdoor events we will not be able to set up if there is rain or a chance of rain. On windy days we may be able to use the aerial hoop at the 10 ft height but will discuss with the event organizer about audience/participant safety.

  3. Payment: Unless otherwise discussed, 50% payment is required upon booking to secure time/date. The remaining 50% to be paid on the day of the event in a form of check or online invoice payment.

Open Training Policies

  1. Attire: For drop in pole classes we require shorts. The stretchy kind is best, but shorts of any kind will work. For aerial drop in classes we ask students to please cover the backs of their knees, lower back, and under the arms. No clothing that may rip the fabrics is allowed including zippers, buckles, sequins -if using the fabrics.

  2. Water: Please bring a water bottle! The pole studio has a refillable water station and fountain but the aerial studio does not so please bring your own vessel to fill if coming to open aerial.

  3. Severe weather: We will follow Fargo Public Schools for decisions on weather to cancel due to severe weather. If FPS cancels then we will cancel activities as well. For severe heat we will cancel open training on the aerial side if the heat index is more than 95 degrees.

  4. Only train skills that you’ve learned in class: We don’t allow students to train things that they haven’t learn in class. A good way to ensure that you are working on things that you’ve learned, and also have a visual reference is to record yourself in class so that you have videos to work on in open.

  5. Use a mat: With pole in particular if you are inverting in any way: laybacks, inverts, sliding into an invert, you are required to use a mat.

  6. No drops: without the permission of an intermediate teacher or the owner.

  7. You may be asked to leave: if the person in charge aka Studio Lifeguard deems that you are not well enough to train, are training unsafely, or are acting inappropriately. You’ll receive a call from the studio owner to discuss the situation.

  8. Clean up when you’re done: please wipe down your mat/pole and put away mats.
